The Villa Basileia is situated in the heart of the Spa center, the most beautiful part of Carlsbad in an idyllic and peaceful surroundings, between the Grandhotel Pupp and the Carlsbad Plaza.

The location is perfect, with all the terrace cafes, restaurants and culture on your doorstep.

For your free time activities, the surrounding offers a 18 holes golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, bowling, squash, riding facilities. Carlsbad has also museums devoted to nature, spas, porcelain and glass and of course cinemas, theaters, casinos and nightclubs.

In the summer you can enjoy our garden with its pool and sun deck.

The guest rooms are comfortable, well equipped and offer en-suite bathrooms (with bathtub or shower), satellite television and refrigerator.

The Villa Basileia offers great value accommodation in a selection of double rooms, triple rooms and apartments (for up to 6 guests).

Carlsbad is within easy reach of many interesting sights, such as the historic town Loket, the Jan Becher Museum, the town of Becov nad Teplou with its Gothic castle and Baroque castle and several  observation towers (Bucina, Diana, Doubska hora, Goethe Tower, Plesivec and Charles IV Tower).

Review

This wasn't the first time we stay at Villa Basileia, it's our second holiday in Karlovy Vary and will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. The owner of the hotel made our stay most enjoyable. She speaks languages and communication with her is just fine. Our holidays were like staying with our aunt in Karlovy Vary, and the price was just great in comparison to other expensive hotels in the town.
The rooms were comfortable and clean.  Buffet breakfast was great with a large coice of meat, bread, cereal, cheese, yogurt, juice, tea, and coffee. If you are traveling to Karlovy Vary by car you will get a secure parking just next to Villa Basileia. At the back side of the hotel there is a garden with river view where you can use also a barbecue.
I would like to say at the end that Villa Basileia is very warm and friendly hotel to stay, located just by the river and within walking distance to the center of Karlovy Vary where you can visit many spa houses and enjoy several spa procedures.
We will not book any other hotel in Karlovy Vary in the future!
