Featuring various architectural styles including the Gothic Tyn Cathedral and the Baroque St. Nicholas Church. The square is an oasis for travelers wearied by Prague's narrow streets. Among many churches, tourists may find the Astronomical Clock on this square, while the tower at the Old Town Hall offers a panoramic view of Old Town.
House of the Black Madonna >
The House of the Black Madonna is a cubist building in the "Old Town" area of Prague. It was designed by Josef Gocar. It is currently in use as a small museum of Cubism and is open to the public. The House of the Black Madonna, was designed and built between 1911 and 1912 on the corner of Celetna Street and Ovocny trh.
