This large three bedroom apartment of 155 m2, is located on a prime address, on the right river bank of the Vltava river, just next to the Charles Square and within 5 minutes walk from the Wenceslas Square area. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet even though food shops, pub, bars and restaurants are nearby.
The apartment is fully furnished, spacious and sunny thanks to the large window on the street. The decoration is classic which contributes to give this place a discreet charm. The nearest underground station is Karlovo Namesti (Charles Square), less than two minutes' walk away, giving access to all parts of Prague. Excellent tram services can be found running from nearby tram stops.

Review
The apartment was beautiful and in a fantastic location. There were a couple of minor issues such as door handles not being properly attached to internal doors and the door handle in the bathroom was too close to the wall which made it very difficult to open from the inside, however, on the whole we were very impressed for what we got for our money. We also appreciated the promptness and the courtesy displayed by the drivers who tranported us to and from the airport. Many thanks

SIGHTS AND ATTRACTIONS NEAR APARTMENT RIVER VIEW Grande
Vltava River Banks >From apartment River View, you just cross the road and you can take a romantic walk along the river banks of Vltava, the longest river in the Czech Republic with 435 km (270 miles) long and drains about 28,093 square km (10,847 square miles). As per Wikipedia, "Both the Czech name Vltava and the German name Moldau are believed to originate from the old Germanic words "wilt ahwa" ("wild water"). After few minutes walk by the river you will step on the oldest preserved Prague bridge: Charles Bridge.
Charles Bridge > Charles Bridge was founded by Emperor Charles IV in 1357 on the old Romanesque Judith Bridge from the12 century which was destroyed by floods. This Gothic style Bridge was built by Peter Parler and master Jan Ottl. At night Charles Bridge is a calm place for romantic walkers. But during the day the bridge changes into a very busy place, with painters, handcraft sellers and musicians attracting crowds of tourists crossing the bridge.
Bedrich Smetana Museum >Bedrich Smetana Museum is dedicated to the life and works of the great Czech composer Bedrich Smetana (1824-1884). it's a grandiose Renaissance style building that housed the Smetana Museum since 1936. The museum holds copies of letters, photographs and newspaper articles about Smetana’s life also as material about some of his most famous compositions. You can even listen to extracts from those compositions.
