Review
We were invited by the owner of Na Belidle apart-hotel to visit the building and see the facilities of the apartments, the first positive impression we had about the location, Andel is nowadays one of the most animated areas of Prague, restaurants, pubs and a shopping center but in the mean time the building is in a calm street and inside the apartments, we didn't hear any noise. The whole apart-hotel is after reconstruction, we liked the bathrooms of all the apartments also as the equipped kitchen and the free Internet connection. The air conditioned apartments on the attic floor is an appreciated option for those who are sensitive for warm weather in the short summer of Prague.
Other advantages, we can mention the breakfast room, the reception desk and the children room on the ground floor, add to that the available secure parking space. We consider Na Belidne apartments as a bargain accommodation in the centre of Prague and we absolutely recommend it for those who don't want to spend all their budget for lodging but in the mean time won't miss any of Prague attractions and sights.

Church of St. Wenceslas in Smichov →
Walk 6 minutes to Stefanikova street from Na Belidle, to see the Church of Sts. Wenceslas in Smíchov is a Neo-renaissance basilica with two 50m high towers built between 1881 and 1885 by Anthonin Barvitiuse, the builder of Linhart and Mild. Statues in front of the main altar are by Čeněk Vosmík. The facade of the building is done with brick, sandstone block and ledges. The three portals with majolica reliefs are by Louis Simek.

Baroque summer castle built by Kilian Ignaz Dienzenhofer in the years 1725 to 1728 on the site of former vineyards and fields. The paintings are by Wenceslas Lawrence Reiner. The construction expanded by two side baroque wings, one was deducted in the construction of the St. Wenceslas church. Since the mid-18th century the Castle was a summer residence belonging to Buquoy who improved the garden.
In 1758 it was bought by F. Buquoy. Another owners of the castle was the industrial Delor Ferdinand, who set up a cafe in it. at the beginning of the 19th century there was a garden restaurant. In 1828 brothers Progres of Portheimu became the owners (hence the name of the castle), they built on parcels of the property a calico factory which was erupted in 1844 by the revolted workers. In the sixties of the 20th century, the building was gained by the Czech Fund of Fine Arts, who modified it for exhibition purposes. Today the building is accessible for the public. To visit the castle. walk 4 minutes from the Na Belidle Apartments to Stefanikova street number 12/68.
Charles Bridge →
Few minutes by tram number 12 or 20 or also 20 minutes walk from Apart-hotel Na Belidle to reach Charles Bridge, the oldest preserved Prague bridge. It was founded by Emperor Charles IV in 1357 on the old Romanesque Judith Bridge from the12 century which was destroyed by floods. This Gothic style Bridge was built by Peter Parler and master Jan Ottl.
